Specification carriage for PTO-shaft pumps
2-wheel carriage to move an ER3-S or ER2-S pump in and out of a pit. The floor in front of the pit needs to be at the same level as the pit opening. In horizontal position the pump can be moved manually with the carriage/ pulled with the tractor or lifted up with the tractor hydraulic system.
The tractor is backed against the carriage with the pump to lock the lift-bar in the tractors hooks. The hydraulic system lifts up the carriage and the pump swings to the vertical position to lower down the pump.
Put the carriage on the ground and hook the hold-down frames to the carriage. The back wheels of tractor move onto the hold-down frames and lock pump and carriage in position with its weight.
The correct length to order the pump for application with the 2-wheel carriage is to be determined with the following table:
